OTTAWA, ONT., APRIL 05, 2011-- Ottawa residents were invited to an open house meeting at City Hall and at the Manotick Arena to examine the new proposal for a bi-weekly garbage pickup. There were around thirty residents in attendance in either location that came to view the changes and ask questions of present city officials. (HADAS PARUSH - OTTAWA CITIZEN)
