OTTAWA, ONT., MARCH 30, 2011-- His Excellency Roberto Ibarra Garcia, Ambassador of the Republic of Chile to Canada, stands in front of the Fenix 1 capsule used in the rescue of thirty-three miners at the San Jose Mine in Copiapo, Chile, in Oct. 2010, during the inauguration of its display in the Canada Science and Technology Museum.
